    About our Mega Millions news

Latest news on the Mega Millions, one of the two largest lottery games in the United States. Drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11:00 pm Eastern Time, and cost $2 per ticket. Players pick six numbers from two separate pools of numbers - five different numbers from 1 to 70 and one number from 1 to 25 - or select Easy Pick. If a player matches all six numbers, they win the jackpot. The jackpot starts at $40 million and grows until it is won. If there is more than one jackpot winner, the prize is split evenly among them. If there are no jackpot winners, the prize money is carried over to the next drawing and continues to grow until it is won.
